Spring Branch Middle School currently has two eighth grade teams. I am the Language Arts instructor on the Petri Team. I teach Language Arts and Pre-AP Language Arts. These are core classes and last the entire school year. Emphasis is placed on ability to produce creative written work with attention to grammar, spelling, and fluency. In my class we also use technology constantly for reference and publishing purposes. Some of my projects are completed individually and some within cooperative groups.
