In a series devoted to helping understand the New Time Calendars, I want to send out this one today, VICTORY TARGETS. This concerns the building of the heptagon of the mind, during this Stairway to Heaven climb in the Telektonon. Valum Votan talks about the Heptagon of the Mind on page 15, The 20 Tablets of the Law of Time. To paraphrase, Samadhi Activation occurs as we maintain Mind in a Condition of Primal Energy, this occurs when we tap the seven types of Radion. Today is the Thermic Radion. Thermal energy, or heat, targets and consumes, like fire does. What are we targeting? What art warms your heart?
It is interesting that yesterday Red Solar Earth liberated us on the 13th Baktun in Telektonon. {Happy happy joy joy, Earth Birthday} Remember Baktun 13 was when the Babylonian Priests put a halt to the Universal Religion on Earth and took us into the false-time captivity, 12:60 [1568 A.D.-1618 A.D.].
Today is White Planetary Mirror in Dreamspell. We are half-way through this month's Moon cycle. In Dreamstar we are in the Yellow Sun Star-Wavespell. This lines up with my Clear Light Moon 7 being one of Insight and Illumination. I share these things to awaken some creativity, not to have you fall asleep because you feel this is beyond your understanding. Take a moment to stir the embers, remember the importance of heat.
Today in Dreamstar is Green Lunar Harmony, Kin 53 :

So back to what we are targeting. We are targeting the intelligence of Universal Mind. The Buddha Mind. This is about the Rite of Passage, and being a Native on this Earth. I discovered tonite that the Globe has 17 time zones (Interesting huh, Mark!) and that they begin each dawn in Wellington, New Zealand (Interesting eh, Ivan and Jaguar!).

Hopi 1st principle of peace : Nativization (One with Earth and Sky).
White Crystal Wizard, with the help of Yellow Magnetic Warrior, realizes the Seed of Peace Art [Yellow Magnetic Warrior would be written in Mayan tone a one dot over Yellow Warrior glyph, or written mathematically 1 + 19 = 20. The 20th Glyph is Green Peace]. To not conquer or be conquered. That is the purpose of the Rite of Passage, where a child becomes an adult and is included into a tribe of kin. Everyone learns their sacred song. Find our Spirit Song, our new art. This is the goal.
In addition I had the insight that for millenium we had the Love of the Goddess religion to protect our souls on this planet, probably longer than our present Patriarchal age, according to archaelogical records. The Love of a Mother is perfect, on a spiritual level. The world never knew what was lacking, it was an Eden of sorts. Then as we moved into a Patriarchal time, we had power over, war, secrecy, issues over dishonesty, impotency, etc. I am being more general here, less literal. Since the turn of this century we have accelerated into the age of oligarchy, the time of the Crowned and Conquering Child. Where is the child's heart, have we forgotten our Mother, Earth?

Lessons Day 11, Insight Moon 7, New Energy Year 94

Hi Kin:
This is day 15 in the Stairway to Heaven Climb. Today we see that Victory Flows. In Dreamspell it is Blue Spectral Storm. So we are releasing something that has grown and expanded beyond its limits. Static-Distension is the key word for the Second type of Radion Energy. Now you may ask, Ron, what is this Static-Distension? I will explain, while I ask you to picture a raindrop sitting on the edge of a leaf. Static means not moving. As the water gathers in the raindrop it grows, slowly getting larger and larger. Distension occurs when the tension is so great in the bubble of water that it burst, and the water flows.
When anything expands beyond its boundary, it then distends, bursts, and flows. This happens with war and aggression, peace, love, etc. So when two or more come together to end seperation, then powerful things can manifest.

Black Elk's Second Vision : Vision Quest. Purple Horse to take war away from Earth and wage peace. Healing.
Hopi Hopi 2nd principle of peace: Ecolocation. (Understanding the interconnections with all things and ending pollution and waste).
Through Love the White Lunar Mirror sees our relationship to all things. How can we harm another if the other is also ourself?! Take the challenge of calamities and turn them into opportunities. White Mirror indentifies this challenge by asking the spiritual question : "If I am another you, how can I propheci against you, slay you or harm you in anyway." Further more, since White Mirror represents ritual, it puts forth the challenge to bring all our tools of ritual back into Oneness, Sacredness, Now.
There seems to be alot of stellar activity this last few weeks with our own Sun's magnetic storms, and the Magnetar Solar Quake 20,000 Light Years from here in the Aquilla system. The London Times has run a story that some scientists have theorized that some tone or energy is triggering galactic stars, like a Celestial Gong, that the Seti computers have actually picked up that tone on tape. Interesting, huh Arcturans?!

The Numbers of days in a Moon (roughly, 29.5).
Today is the Full Moon (Luminous)
Victory Purifies uses the third Radion energy, Luminic.
Now intuitive, Luminic reminds me of Luminous, and in the Age of the Goddess Luminosity was the term for mystical and spiritual awareness. The Luminous Moon.
So on Victory Targets we had Heat, Victory Flows we had expansion, and now Victory Pacifies we have Light, Luminousity. Hence the Synchronicity of the Full Moon, day 16 in the Moon cycle.
In 388 Clear Light Baktun 14 is Learning or Seeing Year 89. Baktun 15 is Intent Year 90. Baktun 16 is Core Inspiration Year 91.

3 is the tone of service. This is part of Selflessness.
Hopi 3rd principle of peace: Selflessness. Putting you and all relations above myself.
Green Harmony pacifies the Electric Mediation of naming things. Charging false price for one's work and creativity. In nature, plants and animals don't exchange money to survive. They accept creativity for what it is, if they need something they get it. The White Wizard identifies service of Art as Creativity. Time is not money. Time is creation. Also in the ritual of giving names, drinking a libation was important. Usually a mixture of alcohol, wine, herbs & oils. Greed and wrath only occur when you think you own someone's creativity.

Today is day 4 in the Stairway to Heaven, Victory Establishes.
There is magick in the air. Something's coming.
In 1996 Victory Establishes began the Rinri project.
Valum Votan says about this day, Victory Establishes, in recent Yellow Crystal Sun report:
"Because of this, the Rinri Project was launched, Blue Self-Existing Storm, July 26, 1996. The four years of
the First World Peace have but a single goal: the ejection of the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge. This mind shattering event is scheduled to occur in less than two years now. What further preparations will it take
and will it really occur?"
Victory Establishes brings the 4th Radion type, Magnetic Cohesion. Magnetic Cohesion brings together the Luminic, Static-Distension, and Thermic Radion types, to form the telepathically bonding fourth-dimensional fluid constituting the Primal Cubic Parton Hyperatom. Boy that is a mouth-full. What does it mean?
The power to dream. Magick. I said something's coming.

Some people have asked me, "What do I focus on telepathically during this Rinri Meditation?"
Well I could answer the typical answer, the glyph, the planetary holon, etc. I think it is best to say telepathically focus on your breathing and then begin to imagine that your breath is connected to the planet's breath, breath in and imagine the Galactic Breath entering the South Polar region, then breath out and imagine the Solar Pulse exhaling out the North Pole. This is a good place to start. Eventually you can imagine the Sun and the rest of the solar system as part of this in-out breath.
Don't be afraid to dream and experiment. As fellow kin Aluna Joy says : 'Awesome dimensional doorways to Like-Minded Spirits. Positive links to create a Harmonious World.'
So as the Red Cosmic Dragon breathes today, in 388 Clear Light Calendar we have Baktun 17 as Year 92 Choice year. The Choice to become part of the Planetary Consciousness. I had a vision of Planetary Consciousness in 1984, during a Kundalini Experience, so I resonate to what Jose has been saying with Dreamspell.
As I have said before, we aren't discovering these things for the first time. Jane Roberts channeled Seth, and Seth talks of radial time and simultaneous selves alot in their books. One great book on this is Psychic Politics, by Jane Roberts.

This is where brave men suffer their bodies, hanging them on hooks, from sacred trees, in the hot Sun for 3, obstaining from food and water. They offer up prayers, obtain mystical visions. After they metaphorically die to their Earthly self, they are taken down, healed, cared for, sung over, fed, given water, ritually bathed...for they are now spiritual men, reborn.
Hopi 4th Principle of Peace : Unity. Entering the Sacred Circle. Each person's piece of the vision eminating from the great Hunab Ku will be respected and encourage.
Blue Self-Existing Night indentifies the form that humanity suffers from. It is death and the fear of death. Time is once seens as death's servant, the passing of time. We can go into trance, vision, use intuition to go beyond this fear. Time is radial. all is happening NOW, we only perceive what we can. Tho spirit can open and we can receive glimpses of other lives, our multidimensionality. We see our generation of Lunar Earth face the challenges and paradoxes of life. Our form of action is to live life, abundantly, with dignity. We need not fear Babylon, mechanized culture, where no satisfaction appears. Babylon is only image.

Today is Victory Releases in the Stairway to Heaven walk. The Yellow Turtle, representing Pacal Votan, on the Telektonon Board is now 5 days from meeting the White Turtle Bolon Ik in the Lover's Reunion. This Baktun 18 represents last year, Yellow Overtone Seed.
It was the year we were to rise above money. Granted the Asian crisis and Y-2-K awareness started then, some of us still have both feet in the 3-D and 4th dimension.
On one level we have been building our crytal, firestone, Primal Cubic Parton Hyperatom.
Today's Victory Releases the Double-Extended Electron EE. Now when you & I release something, we forget it, go to sleep. What if we took our free will and got excited when we released something? After all, we charge it with our energies :
Thermic (targets), Static-Distension (flows), Lumic (pacifies), Magnetic Cohesion (establishes), and now Double Extended Electron EE (releases).

All the economies of the world starting in Asia, Japan, Russia, and finally America come crashing down. We are free to create with Nature.
Red Overtone Serpent knows what is natural to our instincts. We are children of the Earth. We Now can create new games of realization.
Mark, I like your comment about the horsemen of the Apocalypse maybe representing planets. That makes much sense.
Horseman One : White Conqueror. Mercury, represents communication. Open up a dialogue to peace.
Horseman Two : Red Make War. Venus, represents Beauty.
The Mayans used Venus to symbolize when to make war and when to make peace, according to whether Venus was a rising Star or setting Star.
Horseman Three : Black Holding Pair of Scales. Earth. Our Generosity of Spirit is what sets humans apart from other species. Tho we can be so selfish too.
Horseman Four : Pale Death. Mars. Cimi.
***Horseman Five : Souls Slain for God. Maldek. The planet destroyed and now represents the Astroid belt.
Horseman Six : Great Earthquake. Sun black. Jupiter.
Traditionally this planet is Joviality. In Arcturus Probe Jupiter is reponsible for sending out false-time beam, 12:60.
Horseman Seven : Silence in Heaven. Saturn. Traditionally represents discipline, the old ways, and old Father Time. Time halted?

Today is Victory Purifies. It is the Red Rhythmic Moon
which is this Mayan Year. We are trying to find new ways to create our lives, and transform them, so that they function, in alignment with our true purpose.
Today's Radial element is Mental Electron, ME.
Probably those of you who noticed that I hadn't sent out today's Victory, but "knew" that it would come this afternoon, probably have activated this Mental Electron, ME. It is part of telepathy, a sixth-sense muscle that we are developing, especially with the Rinri Rainbow Bridge Project.

Yellow Spectral Seed Kin 402 is in Yellow Magnetic Warrior Kin 392 Star Wavespell. It represents the Alpha, the in-breath. Yellow Rhythmic Sun is also in this wavespell, Kin 397, the power to enlighten.

Great Spirit to life our burdens, and the burdens of all of our relations. Represents the womb of Mother Earth. The return of the sacred mother.
Hopi's 6th Principle of Peace: Positive Struggle. This is an article of faith.
Yellow Spectral Seed reminds us that now that we have thrown off the chains of Gregorian calendar, we are free. We certainly don't want to take on this slave mentality with any time : Dreamspell, Dreamstar, 388 Clear Light, New Moon, Neo Mayan Calendars, etc. Everyone can create from their own time, their own hearts. The false prophets see this as chaos, yet out of chaos comes diversity, out of diversity comes beauty. Look at what the kin have created since 1994, the first year of prophecy! We each can wake up and sing our sacred song. We can breath in the new breath. The Earth's delicate balance is breaking down. We have no choice but to end the industrial age. How can I organize for equality? How do I release and let go?
New Time Affirmation : "I have all the time that I need to do everything that I want."
Where did this saying come from and what does it mean? : "A Stitch in Time Saves Nine".

Red Dragon Day 18 in Radial Time
Fool's Mystery Day 16, Insight Moon 7, New Energy Year 94 in Clear Light
Hi Kin:
Today is Baktun 20, Victory Discharges. Yellow Electric Seed, Kin 224 in Dreamspell. Red Galactic Serpent Kin 59 in Dreamstar. In 388 Clear Light the affirmation is :
"I give birth to an idea that was never conceived
'Living transforms life'.
always has been
I am empowered by my fear for life."
The reason I share this affirmation is because Victory Discharges brings in the 7th and last Radial element :
Mental Electron Neutron MEN. How we approach life, embrace life, repell from life, ignore life... all these things function because of this MEN. Remember to look at this both forwards and backwards. How one holds one's intent is just important as what one eventually targets on. The flow goes both ways, and I think Mark Borcherding has done a splended job at bringing this hidden quality of New Time forward.
Now part of the Samadhi Activation of this Primal Cubic Parton is understanding the Heptagon of the Mind, the 7 years of Prophecy and Rinri Peace, and the 7 years to come of the Perfection of the Mystic Stone.
As we each create our own personal talisman, firestone, we come to see the potential to co-create, to be transformed as a human species. It goes both ways.
Think of the image of the square. If one unfolds it you get a cross. Now think of a cube. If one unfolds it you get a Tetrachord. Remember Salvidor Dali's picture of Christ floating in space on a 3-Dimensional Cross? This is not a flat cross +, but rather looking from the 4th dimension to our dimension, it is a cubed cross with holodynamic form, a cross in the form of cubes. Both Salvidor Dali and Picasso, and in fact all Dadist and Cubist Artists were trying to capture 4th dimensional visions on the canvas of 3-D form.

[Interesting, as Mark pointed out the verse that says one hour to God is like a 1,000 years to mankind. So does this verse mean 500 years? This is about how old the roots of the Gregorian Calendar go back, into the Julian Calendar.]

In this wavespell our towers are : Red Magnetic Earth Kin 341, Green Overtone Harmony Kin 345, Yellow Solar Seed, Kin 349, Blue Cosmic Hand Kin 353, and White Never-Ending Dog Kin 357. Never ending love. The new peace. New principles to live by. The New Heaven and New Earth after Y-2-K Judgement Day of mechanized technology.
So notice that in the first 4 prophecies the tones match up, tone 1, tone 2, tone 3, tone 4, tone 5.
Then after tone 5, the Mayan bar symbol doubles. Two bars mean 10. In the following tones we have two bars:
In Prophecy 6, we had tone 11, Spectral Tone. Two bars plus one dot. Dissolving the False Time of 666.
In Prophecy 7, we had tone 12, Crystal Tone. Two bars plus two dots. Crystalizing the New Time of 777.
So we see the dot pattern first found in Prophecy One repeating, over the double bar of unit 10.
Prophecy six and seven represent the Alpha and Omega, In-breath and out-breath. Spin. Counterspin.
In Mark's Dreamstar Tone 1 is the inbreath and Tone 17 is the outbreath.
