1.I made the Fireplace out of scrap wood
and put a fancy picture frame on the
front.
2.The Bed was also made from scraps with
wood spindels for the posts. I used a
sponge for the mattress and made the
pillows and spread out of felt and
lace.
3.For the vanity I used two blocks of
balsa wood. I added a mirror and used
jewelry findings for the drawer
knobs.
4.The Chair is scrap wood with a yard sale
find of a needlepoint earring as the
seat. Keep all your wood scraps.
5.Chest 1 and 2 is made from balsa wood,
with jewelry findings for drawer pulls.
The drawers don't open, but it still
looks nice in a dollhouse or roombox
setting.
6.The Toybox was made from scrap wood from
a dollhouse. I added small
hinges.
The chairs were what was left after I
punched out the hearts for dollhouse
shutters. The legs are dowels with wood
beads on the tops.
The little chair has wooden match sticks
for legs. It reminds me of a fireside
chair or pouting chair I once seen.
7.The Trunk is strips of wood glued on
felt to make the curved top of the
Trunk. The
handles on the side are from a pony tail
hair band. I added a little clasp and a
charm lock.

These are three different views of my
Music Room. My son carved the Cello and
Violin out of wood. The girls sitting on
the chairs were bought at a discount
store for under a dollar.
