FIFTEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME A

1. SINGLES MINISTRY BBQ CUM FELLOWSHIP
Venue : Taman Awam
Date : Saturday, 19th July from 3.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.
All singles aged from 21 years are most welcome to join this casual get together. Ticket price is RM15.00. Forms and tickets can be obtained at the entrance of the Church. 2. NATURAL FAMILY PLANNING (NFP) COURSE IN IBAN
This course is for those who intend to get married or married couples. The schedule for the course is as follows:
Venue : Pujut Corner Chapel
Date : Saturday, 19th July from 8.30 a.m. - 5.30 p.m.

3. YOUNG MARRIED COUPLES SEMINAR
Venue : St. Francis of Assisi’s Chapel Date : 26th –27th July from 1.30 - 6.00 p.m.
Theme : I Thought Marriage Was Going To Be Easy…. Was I Right?
Registration Fee : RM20.00 per couple
Organized By : Young Catholic Couples (Y.C.C.)
Registration forms can be obtained at the entrance of the Church. Volunteers will be available at the Seminar to look after your children. For further information, please contact Dionysius Richard Ellai (013-5644500) or refer to the Church Notice Board.

4. ONE DAY RETREAT
Venue : Carmelite’s Chapel
Date : From 5.00 p.m. on 1st August - 5.00 p.m. on 2nd August
Registration Fee : RM10.00
Conducted by : Rev. Fr. Sylvester Ding
This retreat is open to all single working ladies, (those working, Form 5 & 6 students, and all singles leavers). The objective of this retreat is to help the single ladies to discern their path in life. For further information, please contact Margaret Kaur (016-8505559).

5. YOUTH RALLY AND CONCERT WITH FR. STAN FORTUNA FROM THE USA
Venue : Imperial Hotel
Date : 30th -31st August
Theme : “Growing in Holiness”
This Rally, which includes talks and concert, is open to all youth aged 13 to 21 years old. The registration fee is RM40.00 inclusive of refreshments and a concert ticket. On the evening of the 31st of August the concert is open to all parishioners and tickets are priced at RM10.00. The closing date for registration is 30th July. We cannot promise you a place after the closing date as we are now opening registration to other Dioceses. It is now on a first come first serve basis. Registration counters are available at all Churches every Sunday until the end of July.

1. KURSUS PERANCANGAN KELUARGA SEMULAJADI (NFP) DALAM BAHASA IBAN
Kursus ini adalah untuk mereka yang ingin berkahwin dan yang sudahpun berkahwin dan ingin pemberkatan perkahwinan dalam Gereja. Jadualnya adalah seperti berikut:

Retreat ini terbuka kepada semua wanita bekerja yang masih solo (para pelajar Tingkatan 5 & 6 dan lepasan sekolah). Matlamat Retreat ini adalah untuk membantu para wanita untuk mengetahui hala tuju di dalam hidup mereka. Sila hubungi Margaret Kaur (016-8505559) untuk keterangan lanjut.

3. PERHIMPUNAN BELIA DAN KONSERT BERSAMA FR. STAN FORTUNA DARI AMERIKA SYARIKAT
Tempat : Hotel Imperial
Tarikh : 30hb -31hb Ogos
Tema : “Tumbuh Dalam Kekudusan”
Perhimpunan ini yang akan mengadakan ceramah dan konsert adalah terbuka kepada semua belia yang berumur 13 – 21 tahun. Yuran pendaftaran adalah RM40.00 termasuk jamuan ringan dan sekeping tiket. Tarikh tutup pendaftaran adalah 30hb Julai ini. Tidak ada tempat lagi selepas tarikh pendaftaran tutup kerana ianya juga terbuka kepada pendaftaran dari luar Keuskupan Miri. Kaunter pendaftaran dibuka di setiap Gereja pada setiap hari Minggu sehinggalah hari terakhir pendaftaran. Harap maklum!

4. JUALAN MAKANAN
Jualan Makanan hari ini di perkarangan Katedral St. Joseph adalah anjuran dari Kumpulan Jubli Melanau. Para umat dijemput untuk menyokong Jualan ini sambil membeli dan menderma. Baju -T Jubli Melanau juga dijual. Sokongan anda amatlah dihargai. Terima kasih!
