Infinity Computer and Data, LLC (ICD) will soon be moving to McComb Mississippi. We plan to be your one stop computer source for all your computer hardware and internet needs. Right now, we are working very hard with Bell South and MCI to provide the highest quality and the fastest internet service available in your area. We have heard your complaints of being "booted" off your existing "Dial-up" service for "unusual" reasons and we want to help. ICD wants you, the customer, to be the judge of our internet service. We want your input on problems we may have missed. If your internet service with us has become slow over a period of time, we want to know immediately! And if we can fix the problem, we will! And, why wait? In addition to our internet service, we will also provide you with our own line of computer systems and offer custom built computer services as well as networking options. You can be assured this is not your average independent computer manufacturer. Each model of computers we build are tested for a minimum of 30 days, in different environments, before that computer line is placed into production. Most of ICD,s competitors test their machines after they are sold, not before. Testing first insures the best quality and most reliable machines possible whether they are gaming computers, business computers, internet computers, or those computers for home or student use. So, what about our service you say? You can be assured that we have the highest standards on the market for computer service. Each person on staff is either certified in their area or will be within a closely defined amount of time set up by ICD and what is suggested by Sylvan Learning Centers and other industry standards. Our personnel will be the most qualified around or well on their way. The only thing we regret is not having the large staff of qualified people we want and you need. As a result, some service calls can not be taken care of immediately and 24 hour scheduling may be required. We apologize for this now. It is very hard to find qualified people who are willing to earn certification(s) and work by our standards of quality! We Look forward to serving you McComb!
