Abilities:  Rogue is a mutant who can absorb others' memories and abilities through physical contact. In battle with the original Ms. Marvel, Rogue assimilated the heroine's powers permanently -- acquiring invulnerability, super-strength and the ability to fly. Rogue's powers mutated when she absorbed the attributes and memories of a telepathic alien. Now, her abilities are far more uncontrollable, with the talents of all those she has touched fighting to be released.

History: From Mississippi after learning of her "gift" when she kissed her boyfriend and nearly killed him. Marie left to keep her friends and family safe and to become the traveler she had longed to be. Although she found out it was much more than she had imagined, or wanted. Rogue befriended Wolverine and in turn saved each other's lives time and time again. Storm and Cyclops found the injured the duo were taken brought to Professor Xavier's school for medical treatment and both decided to stay with the other mutants. Rogue stayed with the school making friends and bonds that last a lifetime. Forever the watchful eye that somebody might touch her because her touch could be fatal,
