Nightlight (1992)

The Story:

Forrest and Warren are two friends who get together one day to see who can tell the better horror story.
Harry's story: The Dragon And The Serpent. Meet two feuding ninja warriors who decide to settle their differences with one hell of a fight!
Forrest's story: Kill The Vampire Woody. A vampire story with the characters from the hit TV show "Cheers", watch as Cliff and Norm are terrorized at Cliff's home by Woody, bartender turned vampire!

Behind The Scenes:

Originally to be an anthology entitled "The Vat Of Vomit", Scott was disappointed with the results.
"Very disappointed. This film was a mess, and no amount of work we did could have changed that. I never understood Tim's 1990's Ninja kick he was on, think it might have been head trauma. As for which is the better of the two segments, I'd lean towards the one I wrote (Scott wrote "Kill The Vampire Woody", Arthur wrote "The Dragon and the Serpent"), which we had tried to film two other times that same year as its own film, just because I thought it was a goofy idea. The first time, the camera broke. Second time, 95% of the footage didn't turn out that we shot on film. So, I thought throwing it into this two-storied horror film would be worth a try. Third time's a charm, right? Wrong."
