Family (1993)

The Story:

The second in Scott's "mobster trilogy" (Between "Traitors" and "Murder In A Small Town"), this one is similar in theme to "Traitors", except that this is a study of greed and betrayal that is tearing up an illegal operation.
Mobsters Anthony and Vincent are the heads of a small drug-running operation centered in a rural home, where drugs are shipped in and then funneled to various locations. When money starts to come up short, people are suspected. Jamenson (The Accountant) is murdered and soon the cops show up. How long can everyone survive?

Behind the scenes:

Originally titled "There's Blood In My Pasta", Scott has mixed feelings about the making of this film. "Shira and Becky were supposed to play the law enforcers in this film, but they backed out right before we made this, so I changed the script. But, I think we did a fairly good job under the circumstances."
