Synopsis:   "Surprise," a splatter sequel that brings back more camper and counselor carnage.  It's back to summer camp but this is a different one sixty miles from camp "Arowak" from the original "Sleepaway camp." What else can a reviewer tell you.  The murder rate is up (a staple for a splatter sequel).  Six years have gone by but the formula has stayed the same.

My Review: This is one of the few times that a sequel outdoes it's predecessor. What I liked most about this movie is that it added humor to it's formula which brought together the cast, the situation and the genre. One of the cast members, Pamela Springsteen, who portrays Angela the main character, does an exceptionally good job.

I gave this movie one more star rating than the first one mainly because of it's better character development.  Humor in conjunction with horror, and the ending that allowed for a plausible sequel to follow.  

Be advised there are several scenes that have female, frontal nudity.
