Synopsis:
Hollywood has made a movie based on Gale
Weathers book "the Greensboro Murders", called Stab. Stab is the
retelling of the events in the first Scream movie. At the Stab premire, two of
Sidney's college classmates are killed in frightening fashion.
We join Sidney
Prescott (Neve Campbell) at college, where she is attempting to pursue her
interests in dramatic arts. When she hears about the new murders she gets
together with the remaining Greensboro survivors. Together they try to
identify the killer and find out what the killers plan is.
Review:
Get ready for the team of
Wes Craven and Kevin Williamson to take you on another wild ride. Most movie sequels
fall short of the original, but Scream 2 is a standalone thrill all on its
own.
The same format of using the
rules found in existing horror films is used to help guide the potential
victims, but will it be enough this time. With several mysterious deaths occurring
on campus and a stab-happy killer on the loose, time is running out for Sidney
and her friends.
Once again this is a
sensational slasher flic. Not the original, but a definite standalone. A
must see for any movie fan. Will the rules of the game protect you this
time?
