Synopsis: A screenwriter does research for his new script by actually kidnapping and drowning young girls. He then places them in his "garden" of other dead girls coming back daily to check on them. One girl narrowly escapes and the other bodies are found leading to an ingenious plot to try and capture the killer.

My Review: This film started out pretty fast paced, with a killing right in the beginning, but after that there really weren't many other killings. 

The movie dragged on a lot, and I found myself wanting it to hurry up and be over because it was wasting my time. If there was more suspense in the film, it would have been more enjoyable, or maybe if there were more killings, but as we get right into the movie, the man has already killed 4 other girls. 

At times the film was a little funny, but it was more of a bore then anything. Judd Nelson usually plans a good psycho, but he was a little laughable in this film.
