Toastburglar's Charlie Ramblings:

Ok, Charlie's really great, I admit it. I little too great, but I wont go into that. I'd like to point out that being the Captain doesn't mean you're the best player, you're just the best leader. I don't know why he would pick such a stupid girlfriend, though. Linda is just...ugh. I have nothing against her personally, it's just that she asks "you're a jock aren't you?" and Charlie is clearly wearing his hockey jersey. And that brings me to another point: Charlie smells. In D3 he wears that jersey from D1 (Lord knows how that still fits him) to hockey practice and then to school. And in D1 he wears the same underwear all through the playoffs. Oh, and in D3 when Gordon Bombay wakes him up and takes him to the rink, I don't think he changes his shirt. He probably just pulled pants on over his boxers. These things bother me, you know.

I'd like to share with you my little math equation I discovered: In D3 Charlie is starting grade 9. That means in D1 he was in 5th grade, so he was about 10 years old. At the start of D2 it says that Gordon Bombay is 29. That makes him 27 in D1. In D1 he dates Charlie's mom (Casey). Now usually in movies when people date they are the same age. I think we all assumed that Gordon and Casey were the same age anyway. That makes Casey 27 and Charlie 10. You do the math. You suspected it all along, you know you did. Oh, and P.S. Charlie's dad obviously left Casey and not the other way around, despite what she told Charlie.
