| Full Moon Toys may be able to take credit for starting the whole horror action figure/
doll revolution. Their Puppet Maste series of toys hit the scene and sold very well and since then everyone has
jumped on the bandwagon. To commemorate the last Halloween of the 20th Century, Full Moon Toys Direct presented
this very limited edition of Pinhead (from the Puppet Master movies), featuring new hand sculpts, new sweater, new paint
deco on face, and special Halloween accessories. The figure stands 15 cm high and is fully posable.
There's no complaints about the quality of the Full Moon Toys lines. This figure is well constructed and
all it's accessories fit well into the design of the figure. This is the kind of figure which is meant to be played with
as it's structure is strong and durable. It's simple yet attractive and nicely detailed at the same time. With minimal
moving parts (though there are quite a few) you are almost garanteed a long lasting toy built with hours of play time in
mind. The figure has 10 different moving portions (at least that's how many I counted) including head, legs, arms and hands.
This figure was obviously meant for collectors as it's a limited edition of a Puppet Master Figure
already released and was only available from the Full Moon Toys Direct line (online company). But I wouldn't let that
stop you from getting it as it does make for a great Hallowe'en decoration as well as a fun play thing. The only problem I have
with it is the blood on the sweater is red and the sweater itself is orange (in the Hallowe'en spirit of course) and as such
doesn't show up as well as I would have liked. But putting that aside if you're into the Puppet Master series, the figures
Full Moon Toys puts out or the whole horror toy phenomenon then pick this up if you still can.
