OPINION

Genius. Pure Genius is what Psycho is all about. Not only did it have great acting, but also an outstanding soundtrack, and great and bizarre camera work. The opening title sequence has a kick-ass  but eerietheme song. Most people know this film for its acclaimed shower scene, but there is much more horror to it than that. I got very interested in the film right from the start. Norman Bates seemed like a good guy, but that's why it pisses me off that you almost can't like him, because of what he is involved with. The ending explanation was well thought up, even though Hitchcock got help from the book Psycho, written by Robert Bloch. Psycho is without a doubt one of the, if not the most influential horror movie ever. It influenced classics such as Halloween and other similar films. This is a must-see for any horror movie fan, so go out find it, pop it in and enjoy it.
