Anyways, on this page, you'll see the similarities between these two movies and even pictures of the characters and their...counterparts. I'd really like to see both of the movies and I probably will; Nadia looks like one of those great animé classics that I just adore and well, I can't wait til Atlantis comes out. See? I'm getting goosebumps already. Well...actually, ya can't see but if ya could, ya could see! Uhm...okay, ya know what? I'm just gonna show you the comparisons right about now, heh.

Kida and Nadia both have dark skin, they both lost a parent(s), both are princeses, both wear kinky clothes, and they both do not fully understand the power of their lil crystal neckalace thingies.

Oooo, tough blondes. Both are strong, both are bodyguards, both are blonde, and I am not sure, but I think both are second-in-commands.

Both are very much alike in appearances: goldish-tan hair, over-sized glasses, etc. They both are curious, rejected, and there's a good possibility they both get their princesses. :)

Both are....submarine thingies. :B

I'm sure there are many other similarities between the two, just hunt around onsearch engines and uh...stuff. And yes, i am aware that I'm prolly driving anime fans mad listing the similarities but there are logical explanation that Disney did NOT rip off Nadia and before you start flaming me about whether Disney is ripping off classic anime, or not, or whether you want some freaking pancakes for dinner, click here and maybe your opinion about this whole Atlantis vs. Nadia thing will change. I mean, I just have this thing about finding similarities between movies; I'm not actually against Nadia OR Atlantis. I found this essay very interesting, too. :) Definitly worth a look.
