Belle was over near the castle, keeping warm in a winter jacket. 
They were in the spirit at WDW too. In Camp Minnie-Mickey at Animal Kingdom, Pooh was decked out in holiday dress. 
In the Hall of Fame, Cinderella wore a winter dress despite the heating system. 
Rafiki in a Santa hat. Now that's something you don't see every day. 
You can't really tell but in addition to his warm scarf, Baloo is wearing a blue jacket just like his own fur.
