James Bond 007 Contents 1

"The name's Bond ... James Bond" - You know you're safe when you hear those words. The best and most successful film series of all time hits the Films2000 website! Sean Connery was the first Bond, playing the role to near perfection, then George Lazenby took over, in the epic On her Majesty's Secret Service. After that classic, Connery returned for the skanky Diamonds Are Forever, doing some moon buggy antics in the desert, yes rather crap that one, let's move on. THE CLASSIC Englishman Roger Moore took over, and after the rank 'Diamonds', I Liked It Already!!! Moore created the best Bond in the process. The suave manner, the eyebrow, the safari suits, the 'Oooof!' sound when he's getting beat up, Roger Moore WE SALUTE YOU!!! Anyway, then Timothy Dalton played 007 in The Living Daylights, a superb film with great characters. Dalton's 2nd and last film as Bond was Licence To Kill, an amazing revenge-based film - only the second time the 007 films went away from the usual formula [OHMSS the other time]. Dalton portrays Bond as a bitter, angered, man out to get drug baron Franz Sanchez, after he fed 007's long time friend Felix Leiter to his shark. 1n 1995, 6 years after Licence To Kill, Pierce Brosnan took over the role of 007, in the brilliant GoldenEye. Sean Bean as Agent 006 is amazing. Then Tomorrow Never Dies and The World Is Not Enough were made, both fantastic Bond films, with the latter rating among the best Bond films of all time.
