The Shrine of Gamera - You want Gamera? Here's Gamera!
World of Godzilla - Byte for byte, it's probably the most massive Godzilla site around. Untill all the pictures got deleted that is. Essentialy "dead" untill an unknown time.
Kaiju HeadQuarters - Really good, really large, really informative, really well-made site. Includes the KWF, the first well-made written format monster wrestling thingy.
Toho Kingdom - A very good site with a ton of information. One of the best ones out there.
Kaiju Kingdom - An overall good kaiju site with all the usual stuff that good kaiju sites have.
Ultra no Sekai - A great little site with a ton of information on the Ultramen.
The Godzilla Saga - An online book of sorts featuring a ton of information of Godzilla. Rather it be common or obscure, this site mentions just about everything.
