this layout is compatible to IE, Netscape>ver6, Mozilla, i didn't test it with Opera, *sry*.
best view with: IE ver.6; CSS and 1024 X 768 (800 X 600 also works)

how to edit

to edit the navigations, open index.htm and add a link there. (i've write a comment in the source how to add a link)
the main-contents are also in index.htm.
to add an title, u just need a td with the class="head"
the css-file is in the folder "css".
