I then accented with an avocado green and eggplant!!  I appliqued 12 FLOWER APPLIQUES on this beauty!! There are a total of 10 flower around the bottom and then 1 on each pocket!! A beautiful patchwork panel adorns the  middle/bottom of the skirt!! Just enough to add a little detail,, yet still keep the look simple!! The base of the skirt is done with a super light weight GOEGEOUS GINGER cotton fabric purchased from a quilt shop!!! I then accented with a Hand dyed HEMP Eggplant color and a flower cotton print with shades of ginger and eggplant!! The colors go together beautifully!!! The pocket makes the skirt ladies!!!!! I appliqued a Mandala design and finished it off with 5 beautiful glass beads, one of which is the button!!! ~AmAzInG *KIND* Skirt~

This skirt turned out sooooo Beautiful!!!!! I started with a Hand dyed Hemp Pewter(almost a tan)  HEMP and a beautiful cotton flower print!! I then put a leaf type design around the bottom, I used a decorative stitch and then cut out the centers! I frayed the fabric on the inside of the cut out leaves.. THEN, I added some PRETTY BEADWORK to it!! I used a green bead(that matched the cotton beautifully) and added to little bells on each side! There are a total of  8 OF THESE, including the one on the pocket!! I then added a strip of the cotton print and then a Sweeeet Ruffle!!! I also appliqued KIND on the pocket in a Handdyed hemp brazil nut color that also matches the cotton print!!! This beauty took some time,, but the results are AmAzInG!!  Be sure to check out the close up pictures to see the details!!!
