Identity in voice & language

It provides a change to get a feel of user's "voice". This is based on user interaction with others in the virtual chatroom. Internet users assume online personalities in virtual environments. (Chatrooms/ MUDs)

1.Expressions given - Deliberately stated messages indicating how one wishes to be perceived.

2.Expressions given off - Unintentional messages communicated via action and nuance.

1. and 2. are both subjected to direct manipulation. In the case of virtual chatrooms, "Expressions given off" may apply. Virtually, there is sufficient complexity to the nuances in a chat program. One experiences a living role to be relvealed in the "Expressions given off".
