Rules

1) You must have a stable, and be a member of the Tiniquine Community. You also must be active. If you receive a foal, either from a trade, sale, or breeding with me, I expect it to be shown and cared for.

2) Your stable must be completed and updated often or trades, breedings and or sales will be declined. Updates include having all of your tiniquines up on a page.

3)Don't even harass or bother me about my decisions when it comes to my stable. This stable is mine to run as I see fit not as you think it should be run. No complaining, I tend to be a very fair person, if you would like to ask me why I made the choice I did please contact me and ask politly.

4)I have the right to decline any application for any reason I see fit. You may ask me why it was declined I would be happy to let you know.

5)If any of these rules are violated you may be restricted or even banned permintly or temporarily as I see fit. Also please refer to rule number three.

Studding

1)All mares must be registered prior to sending in an application. All studding fees are set and will only be changed by me, you may not negotiate a studding fee...ever.

2)Studding status is bound to change as I choose, please do not send in an application for a stallion that isn't available to breed.

4)You may contact me and offer a trade studding in place of the fee. This means that one of my mares will be able to breed with one of your stallions and one of yours to mine. Both breedings may be haggled upon. The foal that results from the breedings will go to the owner of the mare unless other wise agreed upon during haggling. I like trades and it will be on the stallions stats if he is available for one.

5)Mares will only be able to breed with one of your stallions if you agree to a trade breeding. This means that there is no stud fees for mares. See studding rule number four for basic information on this type of studding. Mares will only be able to stud if her stats say she is available.

5)All foals that are sire by my stallions are yours to keep unless other wise agreed upon.

6)Any studding rules that arn't followed or sending in applications when not available will result in punishment. See rule number five for more information.

Sales

1)Sales are on a first come basis as long as my rules are followed. If not then it will go to the next person in line who wanted that particular one.

2)See rule number three.

3)There may be special sales that are not on a first come basis. During these ones you may fill out an application for the one that you want and I will choose the person who gets it based on what I see fit at that time. I will not announce what will make you get the tiniquine more than another. Applications for these sales will be limited to three people per tiniquine. Slots for applications are on a first come basis.

4) If at any time you decide that you don't want the tiniquine anymore, please give me the option of buying it back before you just resell it. If you decide to leave the tiniquine community either by choice or by force, you are not allowed to just give out the tiniquines to whomever you wish. They must be returned to me.

Trades

1)All of the basic rules must be followed before asking.

2)Contact me and we'll talk.

3) Look at rule number 4 under sales, the same applies to trades...
