    so what is reality you ask? well...

    first consider what you see, feel, and percieve around you. this is a reality. but not the reality.

    now recall the atomic structure / model. (we have protons & neutrons surrounded by electrons. if the nucleus (protons & neutrons) were a pea, then the electron orbit would be a baseball stadium.) so all physical matter is composed of these atoms, but you can't see them.

    all physical matter is made up of particles whose diameters are a tiny fration when compared to the distance between them. so an atom is mostly nothing. correct?

    so...eveything (all physical matter) is made up of practically nothing.

    almost everything is made up of almost nothing.

    almost everyting=almost nothing

    divide both sides by (almost), and you get:

    everything=nothing (final simplified answer)

    and this is also reality. so you get to choose what reality you want to live in.
