This is the page I will be listing all of my weigh-ins....whether up, down , or the same....this is where they will be. Weigh-in/measurement day is the 8th. of every month. So, without further adieu let's begin, shall we?
2004/2006:
First off, a little background....I have been trying for the last few yrs. to lose weight. My highest weight so far has been 185. I've gotten as low as 160 some, but always gained back up into the 180's. The year, 2007, is MY year! I'm going to lose all the excess weight & get down to a healthy weight! It may not be the pre-children weight of 95 lbs., but it will be a healthy weight.
So, here we are in Nov. of 2006....I've started going to CURVES faithfully 3 times a week & Bryan & I have started back walking after supper every night. I'm not doing much else but this is just the beginning. Through the next couple of months, I want to get into the habit of eating right & exercising consistantly.
UPDATE:
A little birdie whispered in my ear that the Lamb Family is getting a "Multi-Strength Weight Loss Gym System" for Christmas! So, I will be working that into my Tue. and Thur. work-out.
When Jan. comes maybe I will have a jump start. (Well, Jan is here & I'm still at 185. I guess it's time to knock it up a notch or two. Time to get serious with the diet portion AND the exercise portion!)
This is the chart that I will be using during the year to track my pounds & inches as I lose them.....(Or gain them, God forbid!? LOL!!) Losses will be in -PINK and gains will be in +GRAY! Hopefully the entire chart will be full of pink numbers! Come join me in my quest for 2007!!
