Texas Sales Tax:

Texas residents are required by law to pay a state sales tax of 7.7875%. If you are a Texas resident please be sure to include this charge with your payment. Your invoice will automatically add the sales tax and be totalled for you. Do not change the total or delete the sales tax or your order will be delayed until the balance is paid.

If you do not pay the sales tax, I will refund your money so that you may resend the correct amount.

Your package will not be sent out until the correct amount is paid.

Payment Options:

I accept PayPal, money orders only (ONLY FROM USPS or WESTERN UNION). I will not accept personal checks, cashiers check or concealed cash.

I apologize, but due to PayPal fees, total of items must be $5.00 or more.

If you would like to pay via PayPal, and your item total is under $5.00 (without shipping), I will still accept PayPal but a $1.00 PayPal fee will be applied. No PayPal fees on item(s) totaling (without shipping) $6.00 or more.

If you do not have a confirmed address on file with PayPal, please Email me prior to making a purchase. I only ship to confirmed addresses. Do not buy unless you are confirmed or can tell me why you are not confirmed yet.

Valid reasons exist on why you would not be confirmed. If you have a PO Box address, don't have a credit card or are a college student living in a dorm, then I will happily accept your bid! I understand that under these circumstances, it will be difficult to confirm your address.

If you are purchasing an item as a gift and want to be billed to your address but have the item shipped to another address, you MUST email me first.

Items over the amount of $100 will only be sold and shipped to confirmed address. Email me if you are planning to make a purchase over $100 and you are not confirmed through PayPal.

Shipping & Handling Charges:

The shipping and handling charge on all items is calculated by how much your package weighs, shipping materials and packaging involvement.

Oversized packages, such as drums, may have an additional shipping fee. If so, the fee will be listed, up front, in the auction details.

You will automatically receive package tracking as part of your s/h costs. Insurance is not required on packages under $20.00. If you choose not to purchase insurance, I cannot and will not be responsible for your package not reaching you. There are no refunds or resends on uninsured items. Fragile or heavy items that cost under $20.00 will be required to add insurance. If insurance is required, I will state this in the items description.

Purchases $20.01+ are required to have insurance. There are no exceptions.

I ship by Priority Mail and Media Mail (for books only). Priority Mail is more expensive than Parcel Post, but Priority is less likely to lose your package.

I also offer Rush or Overnight Delivery. You will need to inform me if you choose one of these two options. Please do not pay for your item(s) until I give you a shipping total.

I combine shipping! If you purchase an additional item(s) I will combine shipping. You will need to wait for me to send you an invoice with the shipping charge. Combined shipping is calculated as stated above. Remember, if your purchase is $20.01+ insurance will be required.

International Orders:

International buyers are always welcome! Please email me if you would like a shipping quote. Do not automatically pay for your purchase unless you know the total for shipping and handling. For your protection, and mine, insurance is required on ALL international purchases.

There are items that I will not ship internationally. This is due to the strict customs laws. I cannot ship any herbs or weapons. Please do not bid on those items. I appologize for this.

Customer is responsible for all customs charges.

Refunds & Exchanges:

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds on any purchases. I am concerned that you are satisfied with your purchase and I will make every attempt to present to you as much accurate information as possible in the items listing that I am able to do. If at any time you have questions regarding an item, please do not hesitate to contact me with your concerns. I will respond to your inquiry promptly.

I do offer exchanges on defective items or items that do not fit (ie. rings, clothing). You must first contact me with your concerns for a positve resolution or for instructions on shipping the item back to me. I must receive the defective item back first, then I will send you another in its' place. There are normally no additional shipping charges on exchanges.

Drums, crystal balls or other heavy items may require an additional shipping charge and insurance.

I am commited to making my customers happy. I will strive to do everything in my power to make sure that the item you receive is accurate and defect free.

All herbs and ritual items in my eBay Auctions & Store are sold as CURIOS ONLY. I make no claims nor guarantee any supernatural or magical qualities for any product. The names and alleged powers are gathered from books, folklore, and various occult sources.

DO NOT ingest, smoke or otherwise use improperly. All herbs are for ritual, crafts, magick and external use only, unless otherwise stated. Use does not include making teas for human and/or animal consumption, baking/cooking for human and/or animal consumption or anything to do with human and/or animal consumption.
