Loen is going to be an RPG site. Unfortunately, it is not yet open. If you have seen this and wish to join, it will open soon. The basic plot is that Loen is a city ruled by those who can use and weild power (ie magic). They hav ruled over humans for a long time, but now human rebels are starting a revolution. Maps etc will appear on this site eventually, but until then, there is a danger of the entire concept of the RPG changing.
