Sir, Aap kin chakkaron main kho gaiy? Rooth jana aur mana laina, bigar jana aur bana laina, roana aur hansa laina aur khilona daikey bahlaa laina to sub filmi baatain hain. Lagta hai keh aap ko filmon say bohat lagaaoo hai. I think the classical case of Nau Din Chale Adhai Kose is likely to continue for there is quite a wide gap between our ways of thinking. I think of the East and you think of the West – I come to the North and you go towards the South. The following points you wanted to clear have been further mystified by your mystic and mysterious approach.

1. There is only one god.
2. The day of Judgement.

THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE GOD

Sir, When I say or write ‘I believe in the unity of God’, you do not exactly apprehend what I mean? I have to adore and love with the depth of my heart and soul my Lord Whom we call Allah with His unique attributes and sole unity, my dearest Allah Who is absolute and eternally besought of all, my nourisher and protector Allah Who begetteth not nor was He begotten. There is none comparable unto Him. I seek refuge in Him because He is the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind and the God of mankind. I whisper to my Allah in my solitude and seek His help as and when I am in hot water or face trouble or any tedious problem. He has numerous qualities and attributes, not different faces; He is unique with His unique face. He has no colleague(s), no partner(s), no coworker(s), no mate(s), no husband, no wife, no equal, no other half and no lesser gods whatsoever. I welcome the concept of Sarvayapi-Sarvashaktiman and also that He is Uncreated, Eternal, and Infinite for it is also the concept of Islam. Such a God must remain an Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Omniscient forever and for never-ending times. God must remain a God, not an antibiotic, not a powerful tonic, not a sleeping pill. Unfortunately the God in which you believe has generally stayed aloof ever since he set the cycle of life rolling and has been sending lesser gods or has come down Himself, in human or other form to cut away some evil matter which is going to threaten the world or to set the world right when something has gone wrong. This idea is wrong, mistaken, of beam and nothing but fallacy. When you say God is Light, let Him remain as Light. God is Himself immaterial and spiritual. He will never come into any kind of physical form. God sends messengers and they belong to the same people to whom they are sent. You have further partitioned God unto Vishnu and Shiva, with Vishnu as the preserver and Shiva as the destroyer. Your Shiva has, through his liaison with womenfolk of mankind, especially Pravati, sired sons two of whom are now revered as gods in their own right. The characteristic of your Vishnu is condescension to infuse his essence into animals and men with the object of delivering his worshippers from certain dangers or of otherwise benefiting them and consists of principal incarnations. Then alongside the important gods, you have so many female goddesses, Saraswati for Brahma, Lakshmi for Vishnu, and Uma/Durga/Pravati/Kali for Vishnu. Those who exclusively worship these goddesses, especially Durga/Kali, do so because they believe that male can be activated only by being united with the female. So how do you acclaim that ISHAWAR is ek? ISHAWAR EK-ROOP ANEK is so illogical and deceptive that it admits a considerable number of lesser gods. Don’t you know that the Hindu pantheon is limitless and is ‘estimated at over 330 million gods.’ Aap logon nay ka khudai ka woh hashar nashr kia hai key

Natiqa sir bgareeban hai isey kia kahayye
Khama angusht badndan hai isey kia likhiey

in chote chote khudaon ka wajood aaj tak sabit nah ho saka laiken aap hain key un kay naamon ki mala jape ja rahe hain bila soche samjhe. Aisey lagta hai keh Hinduoon ki aql ghas charne chali gai hai. God does not need any assistant or any associate. This temporal world has a beginning and an end whereas God has neither any beginning nor any end. He is Eternal and His life is Everlasting. We believe in God Who is pure and free from all kinds of fanciful shapes and qualifications. He is not a very old person with a hoary beard, luminous face, wearing a coat and a turban over His head. Neither has He had a naked body smeared with ashes, with a necklace of snakes hanging around his neck, riding on a bull, with a trident in His hands, with red eyes burning in anger and with flames of fires coming out of His nostrils, etc. etc. All these fanciful images are ludicrous, shameful, pathetic, awful and farcical.

Mercy and wrath are the two attributes in opposition to each other. Each has a separate chance and time of its appearance. There is no doubt that our Creator is very kind and has mercy and love for His creatures. Parents are not creators of their children. Still they have much sympathy and love is found among them from mankind down to the savage bests and birds. Much more so is between our Creator and His creatures, the extent of which is beyond our conception. But God’s wrath also falls upon men when they do not obey their God and are led astray into various sins and doings of evil and transgression going beyond their limits. His wrath, therefore, sometimes does appear in this world, in the shape of earthquakes, famine, inundation, hailstorm, sickness, plague, poverty, the ascendancy of enemies, massacre, defeat, disgrace, restlessness, death of children, relatives, etc. But how merciful is He, not withstanding all this, if man only repents of his sins and forsakes evil deeds and wickedness, and be kind to His creatures, by giving alms and charity. God is kinder to those who are nearer to Him. God is just and never entitles any Sayyid or Brahmin to be quite free from all kinds of punishment and never enjoins that the Shudra cannot reach up to the rank of a Brahmin however he may be extremely good and worshipper of God. God never allows the cruel discrimination against millions of people whom you call untouchables. If you do so, you are not believing in God. Smajh main aaiey mari baat! AAp ki ghalti yeh hai keh aap ney Khuda kay turkey turkey karkey uss kay un ginat roop bana dalaiy hain. Aur aisey aisey roop keh tauba hi bahali. Woh Khuda kam aur maskhara ziadah lagta hai. Autar hon ya wali jab bhi aap un ko Khuda ka darja dain gey, Khuda beech main say ghaib ho jaiga. These are the very personifications which give way to numerous idols. As soon as the idols enter your imagination, you are far, far away from God or Ishwar or Ram or Allah. Ismey chota ya bada honey wali kia bat hai? Yeh durast hai keh chota ya bada aadmi apni fitrat sey hota hai, apney karmon sey hota hai. Aur apney siidha sochney say bhi hota hai, ulta sochney say nahin. You are living in 21st century but you are still captivated by Kali Devi, Durga Devi, Uma Devi, Khasra Devi, Cheechak Devi. Tauba! Tauba! Istaghfar!

Butoon say tujh do ummeedain, Khuda say naumeedi
Mujhey bata to sahi aur kafiri kia hai???

Yeh zalim insaan nah janey kion butt ya sanam tarash tarash kar apne dil ko behlata rehta hai? Agar dil main Farhad ka butt saja kar mein namaz parhoon gi to mairi namaz kia hooi. Yeh to samjho jaisey main nay deevaaron say takkarain maari hain.

Jo main sar basajda hooaa kabhi to zamin say aaney lagi sada
Tira dil to hai sanam aashna tuhey kia miley ga namaaz main!

Or as Dr. Iqbal prudently says:

Tairey bhi sanam khaney, mairey bhi sanam khaney
Donon kay sanam khaki, donon kay sanam fani!

THE DAY OF JUDGMENT

There is no confusion if you come to know the justification about the Day of Judgment. If you believe in the Day of Judgment, to iss Qayamat key Din ka naam suntey hi mairey aur aapkey paseeney chootna aik fitri amar hai ya hona chahiey. Uoparwala hamain yeh dhamki nahin deta balkey yad dilata hai keh ai insaan! aik din too nay mairey pass lautna hai. Too nay jo kutch kia tujey uss ka jawab daina hai. Mein nay jo beshumar naimtain tujh ko deen, too ney un ka hisab daina hai. This process of accountability has to be accomplished before the World hereafter begins. You cannot avoid this by any fable or parable or any poetry or any logic. Both Mahmood and Ayaz, Shehanshah Akbar and any wag or Mullah do piazza will have to answer for whatever they had been doing in this world. The only difference is that Shehanshah Akbar will have to be accountable not only for himself but also for the whole of his subjects over whom he had been ruling whereas Mullah do piazza will have to answer for his limited circle (of his family or clan). If you are not afraid of Him, you will tremble like anything when you will be presented before Him and the whole of your record (of your deeds) will be in your hand. You will not be able to refute anyone of those wicked actions you have been committing in this world. Tou Shehzaday sahib, aap mehlon main raithe hain ya kutya main, aap ko aik din uss kay pass zarror jana hai chahaiy aap marne kay baad apne sarey jism ko raakh kion nah bana daalain. You are a man of brain and understanding. You will have to be accountable before the Lord as you are accountable before your boss for whatever you do in this world. Jhagra karne say baat nahin bane gi. Samajh main aaiey mairi baat?

Amal say zindagi banti hai jannat bhi, jahannum bhi
Yeh khaki apni fitrat main nah noori hai nah nari hai

Believe in God and obey Him so that you are not misled or do whatever you like to do but then you will not be able to evade His punishment. Choice is yours.

And do not be impatient. The day of Judgment has to come and shall come one day. The particular day has already been decided and its appointment is inevitable. ‘Abhi karo judgement.’ Why? Kia Allah Mian (Nauzu billah) tumharey abba jaan ka naukar hai? Tomorrow you will definitely and essentially see. Even if you are altered to dust or ashes, it will make no difference; you will be present in your sound physique. If you have come into existence with all your limbs, skull, body and brain from nothingness, tomorrow again you will appear in the same physical form. You are likely to be hale, hearty and healthy provided you are forgiven by your Lord.

Yeh baat ghalat hai keh ‘hum jaison ka tau woh roz hi judgement karta hai aur roz punishment bhi sunata hai. Kaunsi judgment karta hai aur kaunsi punishment sonata hai? Zara mujh ko bataaoo to sahi. Yeh jo din diharey qatal hotey hain aur mujrim saaf bach niklate hain, yeh kaunsi judgment hai? Kaunsi punishment hai? Laakhon karodon loagon kay saath ziadati hot hai. Kia unn sub ko insaaf iss dunya main mil jata hai? All kay bandey, baat karo samjdari ki. Aisey hi nah ulti pulti baatan karo. Final day main woh aisi judgement karega keh tumhari nikki si aql dang reh jaaieygi. Yahan kaun si naimat hai jo tumhain mussar nahin. Do waqt ki roti pait bhar kay khataiy ho. Thanda pani peete ho. Sawan ki ghataaoon kay mazaiy latey ho. Raat ko ghorey baich kar so jate ho. Aur aakhir tumhein kia chaheiy? Do you want to be a minister or Prime Minister of India? Zyada sey zyada jehanum wali baat nah karo. Jahannum main jaaooge to sch much roz maro ge aur roz jioge. Wahan khaulta hooa pani miley ga, kia woh pi sako ge? Wahan neem say bhi hazar guna karwa khan mile ga, kia woh kha sako ge? Allah ke bande! Aisi ulti-pulti batan nah karo, nahin to pakrey jaaoo ge. Phir haath malte reh jaaoge. You are living in the world of beauty and harmony, work and recreation, affection and friendship. Don’t you see the splendor of the firmament at night, the glory of the heavens at dawn (agar subah uthney ki taufeq hoti ho), the blending of colors at sunset, the magnificience of mountains, the glorious flow of water in the rivers, the shimmer of moonlight on the calm lake, the creation of artists, the sweet songs of the nightingales, the rustle of the wind in the trees, the magic of violin or sitar, the fragrance of roses, the scent of the orange blossoms, the clasp of a friend’s hands, the tendersness of a mother’s kiss, the lyrics of the poets, the wisdom of sages, the biographies of great souls? Uss ney to duniya banai thi bari piari, bari sundar, iss ko ulta pulta bana dala hai tum logon nay. In the Bollywood when Sahibjan cries:

In hi logon nay lay leena dopatta maira
In hi logon nay; in hi logon nay;
In hi logon nay . . .

Do you feel sorry for her and are dead sure that ‘in hi logon main’ you are not included. So Prince Ulta Pulta! Apne aap ko theek karo warna yaad rakho wahan tumhari daal nahin galne wali; wahan tumhari aik nah chaley gi. Indeed, man is so quarrelsome: The Holy Quran says so accurately. ‘Agar wehan nahi jatey tau main kyon jaoon? Pahley aap wehan jaaiye-phir main jaoonga.’ Kia Allah Mian tumharey abba ji ka naukar hai jo tum uss say iss tarah ki batan karoge? Uff mairaiy Allah! Kaisay Kaisay loag hamarey ji ko jalaney aa jate hain! Iss tarah gane ga kar tum apni jaan nah chura sakoge?

‘Zara samney tau aaoo chaliye
Chup chup chalney main kya raaz hai
Yun choop na sakega parmatma
Meri atma ki yeh awaz hai.’

When that day of judgment happens, you and all of us will be dumbfounded and flabbergasted.
‘On the Day that the enemies of God will be gathered together to the Fire, they will be marched in ranks. At length, when they reach the (Fire), their hearing, their sight, and their skins will bear witness against them, as to (all) their deeds. They will say to their skins: ‘Why do you bear witness against us?’ They will say: ‘God hath given us speech, (He) Who giveth speech to everything: He created you for the first time, and unto Him were ye to return.’ Ye did not seek to hide yourselves, lest your hearing, your sight, and your skins should bear witness against you! But ye did think that God knew not many of the things that ye used to do! But this thought of yours which ye did entertain concerning your Lord, hath brought you to destruction, and (now) have ye become of those utterly lost!’ If, then, they have patience, the Fire will be a home for them!’ (41:19-24)

Aur haan yeh bhool jao keh jehannom main ja karkey bhi tum uskey naam ki dholak baja sako ge. Jo kutch karma hai who tum ne yaheen karma hai, wahan tumhari muhlat khatam ho jaieygi. Samajh gaiy nah mairi baat? Ya abhi kutch kasar reh gai hai? No doubt, you are living in your small world with your families, friends and others. And it is good that you are not swindlers, cheats, butchers, thieves, thugs or murderers. But still you will have to fear Him, if you love Him because love and fear go side by side especially when you love the Supreme Being. You love Him because He is to be loved for his countless boons and blessings. But at the same time you ought to fear Him lest you earn His displeasure because after all you are a human being and to err is human. He is all-knowing that He is cognizant of even our intentions and thoughts which nobody knows around us. On the Day of Judgment, He will show even the slightest good or wrongdoing we have committed in this world. So do not take it lightly. You have to be extremely serious if you have even a little comprehension. You should fear him simply because He is your Lord, not an idol who will remain blind, dumb and deaf day and night. Even if you are following the path of Truth and wisdom shown by Him, you have to seek His favor and apology since none of us is a complete human being. Truly the path of God always leads to heavens and the path of Devil always leads to Hell. But the words of Krishna do not narrate the whole truth. Spirits of the people with satguna will, indeed, go to the higher heavens but the people with Rajoguna will stay in their graves till the Day of Judgment comes. And there is no horrific world in this temporal world. The horrific world will be found only in the hell that will start functioning in the World Hereafter. The universal truth is that everything fears God and everybody should fear God because ‘everything is to perish save His own Face. To Him belongs the command, and unto Him ye will be brought back.’ Behold the scene of the earth from the moon or look at the dancing of the waves in the atom and you are sure to conceive the Truth. You will remain as His slaves and immortal human beings, and can achieve eternal peace if you are lucky enough to find His grace but can never dissolve in Him. Herein lies the fallacy of Hindu philosophy. This is worse and odder than your fanciful day-dreaming. Om Shanti Shanti Shanti does not mean that you are going to dissolve in God. No. Not at all. It means that there is peace, peace and peace in His remembrance. This is what the Holy Quran says: ‘Verily in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest and peace.’ Thanks Allah I am ‘a simple Muslim and have a well defined religion’. But you are wrong to say that nobody has seen the supernatural, or say Spiritual world and nobody knows about it. Our Aulia (Saints) and our Prophets have seen it and they are well aware of it. You are just a simpleton and do not know about Islamic mysticism. It is like a great ocean of unfathomable depths where there is a panoramic world of unknown dimensions. versions, varieties and novelties.
