1.) Note me with the subject as: request or something catchy
2.) Sign the guestbook (if i do not see you in the guestbook, i will not take your request)
3.) Tell me how you want me to make the layout and what kind of anime you want it
4.) Tell me if you want your ScreenName on the top left or whatever or if you don't want it at all
5.) Last, you must tell me how you want me to send the layout to you
6.) optional: if you want a specific picture or something for the layout, you must find a way to send it to me.
7.) MOST IMPORTANTLY! if i see that you do not put my credit it on it, i will take off the layout. (and believe me, it is possible)

Optional: If you want me to do the HTML for you and send it, i will (tell me if you want to make the colors yourself or if you want me to make the theme colors for it)

if you're wondering why you don't or have not gotten your layout yet, it's probably because:
you didn't do all of the following or im still working on it.
