Make A Disco Ball

First, make a new image that's 300 by 300.
Second, pick out two light shades of grey, making the first slightly darker than the second. Try these:
Third, find the Present Shape Tool, and go to the "Eclipse" (cicrcle) shape. Hold the shift key down and make a circle that fills the entire blank image.
Fourth, go to your color pallette and change your colors to this:
Then, go back to the Present Shape Tool button and find the 9th shape. It should look like a diamond.
Next, making sure that none of them go out of the lines, press down the shift key and draw around 20-30 diamonds. It will look a lot better if they are many different sizes.
Then, go to Effects-->Geometric Effects-->Spherize. Take the strength up as far as it will go, and you should have a disco ball close to the one below:
