I am Feeling a little better today... And now I can sit up for longer then 1/2 an hour and I can walk with out getting too sick...Wish me well

I dont feel good at all... I just dont know what to do, I cant stay sitting up for that long or my Stomach starts to hurt and Upset relly bad
