Following your fertility assessment you will probably start on a course of treatment. Do NOT expect any treatment to work first time. You are embarking on a journey which will, hopefully, lead you to pregnancy. There is no magic pill one can take to suddenly become 'fertile'. You, your partner, and your doctor will become a team and explore various options some of which will work better than others.
I found it helpful to take each cycle as a learning opportunity to discover what would work better for me. This way, even if the cycle did not result in a positive pregnancy test at least I would learn something of value to take into and improve the next cycle. Keep in mind that it takes an average of 2 years working with an RE to achieve a pregnancy!
