| Back in the 1930s, the teenage Rinker brothers enjoyed building boats. The Rinker boys loved being out on the lake (they lived in Indiana). They also enjoyed racing each other, and anybody else, in the boats they built. In the mid-1940s they sold a couple of their boats, and then a couple more, and then even more until what they loved to do became their livelihood. We should all be so fortunate! That’s how the Rinker Boat Company started!
