Who has the most horrid past?
-----Yeah, who does have the most horrid past out of all the Kenshin characters anyway? I just read this thing on a web site (actually at The oro.com) about how they believed that Soujiro Seta's life was the saddest story. I read it and now I feel so sorry for him. *wipes away a tear and heaves a heavy sigh* But who really does have the saddest, most horrid past? When I first started my addiction to Rurouni Kenshin *stares dreamily into space with a most bizarre look on face* I researched all I could on the cute, butt-kicking rurouni *drools*. His life is so sad! I just wish he was real so I could give him a hug...*sighs super heavily, clutching heart* Here's a short review: when he was young, his parents died of cholera, an extremely bad disease. He then was traded into slavery. Soon after, when he was walking along the road will the three slave trading ladies who took care of him also walking with the rest of the slave traders, they were attacked by some bandits. Kenshin had to sit there and watch everyone being murdered, with out being able to do anything to save them. His life is spared by a sword style guy named Hiko. Hiko then adopts Kenshin in and teaches him his swords style. Later, when he is still young, he becomes an assasin, in order to prevent the shedding of innocent blood. He was assigned to kill people and didn't know them. He then falls in love with a girl named Tomoe. He later find out she is in a secret organization who want to find his weakness to kill him. Eventually Tomoe falls in love with Kenshin and on the day she is supposed to tell his weakness, she lies to the leader. They know she is lying, so they send men to kill Kenshin. Kenshin defeats them and them has to fight the leader. He is unable to defeat the leader, but doesn't give up, for Tomoe. Tomoe knows he cannot win and trys to stop the fight. She jumps into the battle to stop it and jumps in at the wrong time, getting stabbed by Kenshin's sword, which also kills the leader at the same time. He killed his love. Yeah, thats when he becomes depressed and all and becomes a rurouni, yada, yada, yada...! Man that was a way longer review then I thought it would be. Oh, well.
