"Janis!, J-an-is," Amelia sang her bestfriends name. "Dude where did all the peanut butter go?" Janis was had her feet on the table watching the tv eating it. She didn't move put kept eating, looking. She smiled to herself "You tell me." Amelia searched the cabinets. What are we doing tonight anyway, have you talked to Terra? Janis sat up a little bit, thinking about what she said. Janis fought with Terra last night. She wasn't to happy to be seeing her, this Amelia didn't know yet. So she lied for the time being. "No, I haven't. Shes still gone." Terra was on a camping trip with her some people from her class. They graduated that year so they were making plans to do a lot of stuff that summer, but they didn't invite Janis. "I thought they were back already?" Amelia said looking her way. She bent down to look in the last cabnet. Janis turned around and quickly put the peanut butter on the counter int he corner and plopped back on the couch. AMelia looked up again. "Hey there it is. Man, it was there the whole time. Damn I need to back off on the caffine pills." Janis laughed to herself and smiled thinking aobut what Amelia just said. "I had it the whole time!" She said looking over at her. Amelia paused and said "Oh," Amelia walked over to the couch to sit down next to Janis. She then saw watch she was watching. The Polterguist. "You and this damn movie." She said plopping down next to her. "What? its a classic. Its cool, 80's scary ass theme. I love it." OH by the way, speaking of the guys, Adams back in town. Adam was a friend who had moved to Missouri two years ago. "Daniel wants us to go to out, like go bowling or something. It hink we should go out to the cemeterya nd play tag." Amelia laughed as she sat up crossing her legs. She remembered the last time they had all went out to the old cemetery. IT had been quit awhile. Then she thought about Adam. "Yeah, that would be fun. It will be great to see Adam, I miss him. You know?" "Yeah," Janis agreed. "I miss him doing his Tom Green impressions. The phone rang. Janis raced up and aroun the coffee table and banged her knee, shouting "Fuck!", AMelia burst out luaghing, and janis. reached for hte phone falling on the floor. "Hello?" SHe said shrillving in up in a ball holding hte phone. It was Daniel
"Hey waht are you guys doing?"
"Nothing, she laughed looking back at Amelia laughing at her, "I just banged my fucking knee on the table."
Daniel laughed.
What are we doign anyway? SHe said turning on her stomach. Amelia started attacking her witha pillow, hitting her in the head several times.
"Well Adams here, he's been here since three." Janis gasped. "Amelia, Adams here! Hes at Daniels. quit! She blocked her face with her free hand.
"Thats great, we'll be right over." Amelia picked up the fone in the other room.
"Hey Hey Hey" she said. Janis ran into the table, funny as hell. Whats going on? Tell Adam hey! " Daniel turned away fromt he phone to talk to Adam. "Hey Adam, Amelia says hey" Adam yellwed aloud in the background "Hey Hey Hey hEY Holla if your a balla!" He said micking somebody.
"So what are we goign to do? Go bowling? to the falls? Or just hang out or go cruise?"Amelia asked "I dont know, jsut come over for now, we'll dedice when you get here" Daniel said. "okay" Amelia said. She watched as janis hung up the fone and raced up reaching under the couch to get her bracelets. "Hurry. Can you make some burriots? Im hugnry as hell" amelia laughed yeah i can
"We shold go to the cemetery." daniel said. "yeah thats what Janis wants to do."
"Has janis been smoking?" He was refering to pot. "NO not yet," Amelia said.
“Good. Adam doens;t know yet.” daniel said. “Yes, he does. I imagine Janis has told him by now, why wouldn'ts he?” “well just Keep her cleanf or now.”
“okay'“ “well we'llbe there ina few, okay?”
“okay byebye”
“You ready?” Amerlia said hanging up the fone. “yeah i have to go pee and get my shit.” Janis ran intot he bathroom.
Amelai went to Janis;s room and grabbed her purse and the cash off the floor. The phone rang, Janis burst out of the tahrooom dorr withe her pants down and anser it. “hello? Hi mom,yeah, yeah ,yeah, yeah,okay, yeah okay, love you too, bye”
“Hey Amelia, can you get some chicken out of the freezer!”
Janis pulled her black pants up and went back into the bathroom to wash her hands and brush her hair. Amerlia went inot hte kciken and got the chicken out of the freeer. she grabbed the keys and headed for hte door. "Lock up, im going to the car!" okay! she shut the door behind her. AMelia walked to janis black nissan. SHe looked int he pasgeer mirrior and got some sleep out of her eye and fixed her lipsit seconds later Janis came running out. "ready darling?" She said aloud. "Hell Yeah, Wuuuu FUck!"
"Wuuuuu Fuckkkkkkkk!" Janis shouted, getting in the car and turned on the engine. The nin cd started to play and Janis bobbed her head a little. they pulle dout of the drive way and headed to daniels. "Daniel say what we were going to do?" nah, amerlia said he said we would deicde when we get there." "I cant wait to see Adam" janis said. "Me too" AMelia said.
