I am going to tell you my feeelings about this movie first in hopes of stopping you from watching this piece of shit (excuse my language). It seriously took me 3 days to get through, (i had to encourage myself to sit and watch it, i grew spiritually over that three day period). I think the reason for its crappiness would have to be its script the acting, and even the dance scenes were dissapointing!(though the music was the Bee Gees, and thats a bonus!.... but the movie still sucks). Enough of my ranting (though i could go on). I will share the storyline with you.... The main character Tony Manero (John Trvolta.. who apparently got famous off this movie....????) an uneducated Broklyn teenager, who lives with his familyand works at the local hardware store. After a hard weeks work, what teenager doesn't love to hang out with friends and pelvic thrust to music??.... well Tony Manero is no exception (he is the "king of the dance floor"). One night on the town Tony meets Stephanie (Karen Lynn Garney). They fall in love and enter in a disco competition (what a perfect way to consumate their love!).
