MINI CAKES

 

100g Self-raising Flour 100g Margarine
100g Sugar 2 Large eggs
BUTTER CREAM
75g Icing sugar 50g Soft Margarine
GLACING
75g Icing sugar 1 tablespoon Water

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Make 12 cakes

1. Place 12 paper cases into bun tray.

2. Beat margarine and sugar, add well beaten eggs until light and fluffy.

3. Add flour into the mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon.

4. Divide between the paper cases and bake for about 15-20 minutes in 180C oven until well risen, firm and golden brown.

5. Cool on a wire tray. Spread the butter cream or the glacing on the top of the cakes.

BUTTER CREAM:

1. Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl.

2. Add margarine and beat well until light and fluffy.

GLACING:

1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth but thick.

2. Add food coloring and flavoring if any.
