| 100g Self-raising Flour | 100g Margarine |
| 100g Sugar | 2 Large eggs |

BUTTER CREAM

| 75g Icing sugar | 50g Soft Margarine |

GLACING
|

| 75g Icing sugar | 1 tablespoon Water |
1. Place 12 paper cases into bun tray.
2. Beat margarine and sugar, add well beaten eggs until light and fluffy.
3. Add flour into the mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon.
4. Divide between the paper cases and bake for about 15-20 minutes in 180C oven until well risen, firm and golden brown.
5. Cool on a wire tray. Spread the butter cream or the glacing on the top of the cakes.
BUTTER CREAM:
1. Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl.
2. Add margarine and beat well until light and fluffy.
GLACING:
1. Mix all the ingredients until smooth but thick.
2. Add food coloring and flavoring if any.
