Coldplay - Coldplay, a 4-member band, was founded in 1996 on the grounds of University College of London.  It was there where, Chris, Guy, Jonny, and Will, shared their passions for music.

   Their first EP, Safety, was released in May 1998, with only 500 limited copies made.  With the success of Safety, Coldplay released their single, Brothers and Sisters, the following year under the label, Fierce Panda.  Coldplay's Brothers and Sisters landed them on the London Charts. 
  
   Their mellow voice and unique guitar backgrounds was soon discovered by major label Parlophone.  In 1999 under Parlophone, Coldplay released another EP named The Blue Room.
  
   Coldplay is gradually turning heads of music listeners with their past two albums, Parachutes and A Rush of Blood to the Head.  Their songs, Yellow and Clocks. are being played on MTV, VH1, and on radios across the world.  Both tracks made Billboard's Hot 100 in 2003.

Chris Martin (vocals, piano, guitar) - Chris is 22 years old. He grew up in Devon.  He has been playing in bands since he was 15.

Jonny Buckland
(lead guitar) - Jonny is 22 years old.  He grew up in Wales.  He began playing guitar at the young age of 11.

Will Champion
(drums) - Will is 21 years old.  He grew up in Southampton.

Guy Berryman
(bass) - Guy is 21 years old. He was born in Scotland, but later moved to Kent.
