The Life Of A Computer Tech Customer Service Rep
Some may think it is boring. I think it is interesting. I am surprised at the amount of people who own computers and don't much about them. I'm also surprised at the amount of those people who will get angry and blame the computer for the mistakes they have made. Then the phone call comes into our call center.

Sir or Madame...please don't scream at those who answer your phone call. We don't claim to know everything. But we are trying to help.

I realize that many people that have issues depend on there computers for more than storage for games and music. The connection to the Internet has become the life line to many people. If you call for help we try to restore your life to best of our ability.

If we make a suggestion, try it before telling us that it didn't work. We cannot see your computer, if we ask you "stupid questions", please answer them without sarcasism.
