You have a maximum of two hands [two (2) mun weeks] to be registered with a Caste.

Homestone

Swearing of the homestone is handled by the Administrator and his retinue of guards or commanders engaged with his authority. All residents who are not sworn to the stone must at the least swear to the Administrator while deciding residence. By doing so, you are bound to the laws and protections of the Administrator and his guards. Failure to swear to Piedmont leaves you an outside visitor afforded no protection.
