EVERYONE has facial hair, usually on women it is hardly visible, but it's there. My theory is that if a woman wanted to grow a beard all she would need to do is regulary shave her face for a number of months, eventually the facial hair should grow back in a more visible form. At this point the facial shaving should be stopped to allow the hair to grow into the style of beard wanted.
Warning: This has not been theory has not been proved (because I've found no one willing to try it) and therefore there is no guarentee it will work.
