You may try to regain the pet by neomailing the current owner and asking nicely for it back, but ::Baby Heaven:: is only providing an adoption service and is not going to get involved in any problems that may arise.
REMEMBER: Pets will be constantly coming in and out of the adoption center so you might not always get the pet you want! It would be easier if you have some type of instant messanger, such as AIM, or MSN instant messanger, so you and the owner can talk it over on there!
