Rules and Entry Cost Details
 
1. Entry Fee can be paid in UK Sterling or Swedish Kronor and the amounts are 5.00 GBP, 80 SEK 8.50 Euros.
2. There will be prizes for 1st to 4th place as follows, each taking a percentage of the prize fund as follows. 1st 60%, 2nd 20%, 3rd 10%, 4th 10%. The prize fund will be the total of all entry fees.
3. Predict the scores in of all the first round group matches
4. The group table will be compiled for you, once all results for a 1st round group have been entered, use the large button on the entry form to sort the groups.
5. Predict the scores for the Last 16, Quarter Finals and  through to the Final. Once you have predicted the scores for the round, the teams are positioned automatically. The majority of points will be award for exact scores, with bonus points for teams in the correct position after the first round.
6. When entering a draw in the quarter finals, semi finals and final, you can then choose whether the match will be settled by golden goal or penalties. E.g. if you have a 1-1 draw for Germany v Sweden you think Sweden will win on penalties then place a 1 for Germany and p1 for Sweden, for golden goal use g.  The g or p should be placed in front of the predicted goals.  If the prediction is entered incorrectly then the team will not be entered to the next round, you need to correct error before proceeding.
7. In the event of a tie, the most correct scores will determine the winner.
8. Multiple entries are allowed, with the entry fee being based upon a single entry.
9. Competition is open to friends and family.
10. Deadline for entries is midnight GMT on Thursday 30th May 2002.
11. Judges decision is final.
