It’s that time of the year again, where everyone is shopping around for clothes and shoes, and looking in magazines for tips on their new back to school makeover. But if you are having problems deciding what do buy or what to do, I am here to help. I asked lots of my peers what they think is hot this year in fashion. I also did some of my own little research and came up with this article to help you!
Jeans- When I asked my peers what the thought was hot this year in fashions a lot of people said low rise flares. The low rise flares come in different “colors,” I guess you would say. Lily said that she like the stoned washed ones. Lacey said that the vintage washed ones were also cool, but no matter what color you get them in, the low rise flares are defiantly in this year.
Shirts-While browsing around stores and sites I relized that a lot of the shirts were striped. Striped shirts are really in this year they have all different kind of colors and styles. Lacey and Lily also said that the printed screen tees were also really in this year.
From sneakers, to boots, flip flops, and high heels there are a lot of different kida shoes you can choose from. There are lots of different brands of sneakers and types. There is Nike, Adidas, Rebock, Sketchers, K- Swiss, SODA, and a lot of other types of brands. In sneakers the really hot shoes right now are Nike Shox, Rebock Classics, K-Swiss Reversiables, Nike Ace 83, and some other kinds. However some of these shoes can be expensive. Flip flops are also really cool and not expensive. Lacey says that the spongy kind of flip flops are really cool, but there are lots of different styles that look great!
Hair- Is your hair style starting to bore you? Time for a change? There are lots of things you can do with your hair to make your hair look better. You could either dye your hair or cut it. Bangs are also very in this year if you wanna try that. Not ready for such a big leap? Pick up a issue of J-14 they usally always have hairstyles and how to do them.
Make-up- The first thing you need to do is find out what kind of shades look best on you. Try out all different colors of eye shadows, blush, lip sticks, ect. Then choose which ones look best on you. Can’t narrow it down. Look good in practically all of it? Then try this… In the spring and summer use pastels and bright colors. In the fall and winter use the darker colors.
Accesiories- Accsories are a great way to liven up your outfit. If you are going for a casual look hats and visers are always in. Dark tinted sunglasses are also really cool. As for a purse you probally wanna get a fun looking one. If you are wanting to be more dressy earstrings are cool. A pretty braclet or necklace would also look nice. As for a purse probally a black, nice looking one would do great!
Other good tips-
