The launching of the USS Lizzardfish, Manitowoc, WI circa 1943. She was later ordered to Pearl Harbor and patroled the Pacific near Guam, Brisbane and Perth Australia. She also crossed the equator and was responsible for confirmed kills in the Southern Pacific. A special thank you to C.O. Tinsley who donated this picture.

The following pictures were taken at the Ozark-Runner One Year Anniversary Party held in May 2003 at Phelps Grove Park. The Bar-B-Que lunch was followed by an awards ceremony.
The following "Photo History" of the Runner was sent to Garth Greene by our Ozark-Runner shipmate Richard Ladd who lives in Edgewater, Florida. Richard was actually on the USS Runner with Garth. Thank you Garth and Richard.
