We have air conditioned log homes that has been divided into 2 rental units. Each unit can sleep up to 10 people. Each unit has a separate bedroom, full bath and kitchen.

Sunday thru Friday Rates
Double $60.00 per night. Each additional person $10.00 per night, over 2 years old.
A two-night weekend minimum, 3 night holiday weekend minimum, $50.00 security deposit. Check out time is 12:00 noon. All beds are double size, (including sofa beds and futons). Amenities include television barbecue grill and picnic table.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reductions must be made by 10:00 a.m. three days before your trip or payment will be forfeited. No Exceptions!
Rain Policy - For Float Trips Only
If it is raining at noon at Cherokee Landing, or if management determines that the river is not suitable for floating, you may request a Rain Check for use within a 2-year period for the date of your choice, based on availability.
