• Check-In is 4:30 thru 6:00 P.M. (later check-in can be arranged.)
• Check-Out is 11:00 A.M. It takes time to thoroughly clean a room and prepare it for our next guests, so we ask that you honor this time. We can store your baggage for you if your departure time on Amtrak is for a later time.

A $20 Non-Refundable deposit ( cost of 1 night during Oktoberfest,other festivals $40 ) per room, per night is required on a Visa, MasterCard or Discover card at the time of your booking.

By making a reservation and giving your credit card number you are accepting responsibility for the TOTAL CHARGE OF YOUR STAY.

Cancellation Policy: We are a small B&B, so the income from each or our rooms is essential to our existence. While change is a constant in life, changes in our guests’ plans can cost us hundreds of dollars in lost income. For this reason, there is a nonrefundable deposit of $20 per night, per room, ( cost of 1 night for Oktoberfest, $40 other Festivals) at the time of booking . In addition to the deposit if you cancel with less than 14 days of your reservation date (30 days Oktoberfest), you will be financially responsible for the entire reservation which will be charged to your credit card, unless we are able to re-book the room. No Refunds on early departures.
