Due To The Business License For The Massage: No One Offering The Services Of An Esthetician Or Massage Therapist Other Than Nancy Satre Are Allowed To Practice At This Location.
The website can not show every possible dish that we might make, and guests staying subsequent nights must be considered also in the decision of which dish we choose to make.
By making a reservation and giving your credit card number you are accepting responsibility for the TOTAL CHARGE OF YOUR STAY. If you have been asked to pay a deposit...all deposits are NON-refundable and you are told that at the time of booking. We are a small B&B, so the income from each or our rooms is essential to our existence. While change is a constant in life, changes in our guests’ plans can cost us hundreds of dollars in lost income. For this reason, there is a nonrefundable deposit of $20 ( $ 40 during Festivals )per night, per room, at the time of booking . Changing the date or dates reserved will result in the loss of the original deposit. In addition to the deposit we require 14 days( Festivals 30 days ) advance notification to cancel your reservation without additional penalty,( which is to hold you responsible for the total cost of the stay reserved.) If we can rebook the room ( and we will make every effort to do so ) you would only be charged the nonrefundable deposit. There is a 48 hour cancellation period for massages, anything less and you will be charged. If you are using a gift certificate , please see policy on cancellation on our website or ask. NO REFUND FOR EARLY DEPARTURES
We Do NOT have TV stations, but we do have a VCR and movies in each room. Please use this time to cozy up together and watch a movie, read a good book , or spend time with each other.

If you book a massage, please note there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. No Refunds on early departures.
