After reading Bob Issel's magnificent book "The Collinwood Collection Book III",
I realized it contained a lot of information about DS Fan Club Presidents and
sometimes other officers of these clubs were mentioned.
I have gone throught the book and listed all of those clubs, who were
the fan clubs' Presidents and any other officers mentioned.
Then, I sent the list to Dee. She made a lot of spelling corrections,
as well as adding more clubs and names to the list.
And RobinV gave it a final looksee.
Thanks to Robert Finocchio, a second revision was made. He provided many
new entries and some corrections.
And Jenny added to the list.
