I am writing this letter today To remind you once again That I want to be here for you, As your lover and your friend. You put a smile upon my face, And a sparkle in my eye. You've lifted me when I was down Wiping tears when I would cry. The comfort you have given, The laughter we have shared, The gentle ways you touch me All show how much you care. The tenderness I feel for you Leaves me at times in fear You have a peice of me, my love I hope you hold it dear. And so today I'm writing, With whispers from my heart For nothing ever changes Even when we're far apart. I'll be here waiting for you Feeling sent from up above, To lighten all your burdens And fill your life with love. I close this letter to you now With one sweet final phase "You have a place deep in my heart For now and for always..."
