Here's some of the most common Frequently Asked Questions i've come across: "Is there pay?" No. This is a non-paying independent film. However, for those who live out of Texas, hotel cost will be paid. For those who live in Austin, Corpus Christi and Houston, half of the hotel cost will be paid. I.E. If we shoot for 8 days, 4 days for the hotel cost will be paid. You may choose to go home on the days where we won't be filming so much. You will also be given credit for the film and a copy of the finished product. "How long is the shoot?" I'm looking at 7-8 long days. Some days we may be shooting for 12-15 hours. Others, just a few scenes. "When and where does filming begin?" Filming begins June 14th in San Antonio Texas. During the shoot we will also film in Corpus Christi Texas and Bourne Texas. "Is there nudity?" Yes. Brief nudity will be required from my female lead and 2 of my male leads. Check CB to see which ones they are. "Whats the age ranges?" Check CB. "What will be the rating of the film?" Going for a rated R for strong language, sexual content and violence. "Why was casting cut short?" First off, I want to apologize to the ones who were told an audition would take place for them. Due to budget we had to move the shoot to June meaning casting would have to be done ASAP. We took into consideration those who shown great intrest in the film without even reading a script. We also looked at who "looked" the part and at resumes. We also wanted people who were partially non-union. We had tons of great people inquire about the film so it was a tough choice on who to cast. "Who's going to be directing it?" Me. "Who wrote it?" Me. "Are you going to be in it?" No. "How is travel arrangments taken care of?" For those who live out of state, you will have to provide your own travel arrangements. For those who live in Austin, Corpus Christi, Houston (within a 2 hour limit of San Antonio) you can drive or make arrangements with me for transportation. "Who's going to be seeing the film?" Film festivals everywhere and every movie producer I can get it to. "Is this a gay movie?" No this is NOT a gay movie although two of my characters are gay and they do share a few sensual moments. "Can I be an extra if I don't live in Texas?" Sorry, all extras must live in Texas within a 2 hour distance from San Antonio. "How will the film be shot?" 35mm color. "How long is the film?" Between 90 and 120 minutes. "Is there any sequel to the film?" Yes! There are two more installment to the film. The second is set to begin filming in the spring of 2004 with the same cast including Christina and Ryan (who are pursumed dead in the first one). The third is set to begin filming in the fall of 2004 without Christina and Ryan. "I don't want to be in the film but want to help with the crew. Can I?" Sure! I need tons of help.
